2026 Opening Day Cruise

April 29th thru May 3rd

Mountlake Cut

 

Wednesday - 12:30 - Anchoring up on the south side of the Cut

Captains - Bring A stern anchor with approximately 200 feet of sinking line and 200 feet of line for bow tie off to shore

Please let the cruise captain know the approximate arrival time and date. Will be monitoring VHF channel 68.              

 

Thursday - On your own to explore, relax, or dust off the helm.


Friday
- Take in any events @ SYC, Dinghy cruise to Fisherman's, or just relax and enjoy. There is a University of

Washington spring football game Friday night.


Saturday
 - Crew races and Boat Parade

Note:  Cut closes at 9:30 am to all boat traffic, so get friends and family on board early!

 

Departure - Is on your own schedule after the cut is back open on Saturday.

Please make sure the crews on each side of you are aware of your anticipated departure time. 

 

 

Remember to have provisions for your crew, family, and friends.  You can also enjoy what Seattle has to offer. There is also a QFC and a small store within walking distance.
